Rebecca Hills Piano Parlour

Rebecca has looked after and maintained my mother's piano for at least the last 5 years. She treats each piano like an individual friend, nurturing it to produce the best sound. Her prices are reasonable and she is kind and friendly.

We asked Rebecca to come and tune my daughters piano and were charged $680 for services.We did not know that when you get an old piano that it is very hard to get it tuned properly.My daughter took a video of her playing to her piano teacher and he immediately discovered each note was a semi tone off.She put castors on the bottom of the piano and the first time it was moved they fell off. She advised the wood was rotten but after getting someone else in to fix the castors discovered that the screws were too small and didn't go into the wood properly.She has offered to come back out and re-attach the castors but we have already got this done. She has also offered to give us some money back which I declined. A lot better outcome than first thought.Ask lots of questions !

Rebecca is very thorough. Always sort out the best piano for the best situation personally. Very happy with her service. Thank you!
